    Flushing difficult
    My downstairs toilet is a halfbath and it is barely flushing. I have to hold the handle down and it sounds like it us struggling to initiate.

    Does the water raise to the top, swirl around and then slowly go down? Can you furnish more details? Back to you, Tom
