I have a birth control rod in my arm that is good for 3 years. It expires this year in October. Since I've had the rod I rarely had a period till my last year. My periods started non-stop since January and all of a sudden on May 8th they went away. About a week ago my breasts and nipples started to become tender and sore. What does this mean?
