You could be pregnant, you had sex. Even protected pregnancy is possible. Even if he didn't ejaculate pregnancy is possible. Sadly, there's really no way for anyone on the internet to give you a definite answer. We can only tell you that it's possible.

Have you tried a pregnancy test? At 8 days late you can try one. Use first morning urine, and follow the instructions exactly. If it's negative, wait another 2 weeks. If you still don't get a period then try another test, or go to your doctor for a more accurate blood test.

I do agree, but I want to say that the OP (original poster) can try a pregnancy test now. There's really no reason for her to wait until next month.

If this pregnancy test is negative and she misses her next period, then yes, she should test again, but it's perfectly okay for her to test right now. Really no reason to wait.

I tested positive when I was 2 1/2 weeks along (or earlier) with all of my pregnancies. But, I'm not the norm. Most women don't get an accurate pregnancy result until they're further along.

Still, you're 8 days late for your period, so it really isn't too early to test. I just wouldn't take a negative result as a sure sign that you're not pregnant, because it could still be possible.

As for pregnancy symptoms, that really depends on the person. If you're 2 weeks along, then no, it's not too early. You wouldn't be in the majority, but it's entirely possible. I have to say, I wasn't the norm, and I did have pregnancy symptoms when I tested, and for 2 of my pregnancies I tested when I was 4 days late, and had a positive result immediately. Again though, I'm not the norm.

Try a pregnancy test. If it's negative, wait a few weeks, or until your next period is due, and try again. I know it sucks. You want to know right now. But sadly, waiting is part of this process.

For now, treat yourself like you are pregnant. Don't drink, don't smoke, and you can even start taking prenatal vitamins. If you are pregnant they will make a big difference in the life of your child. If you're not, they won't hurt you at all.

Well I took 2 pregnany test and they both came out positive, dark lines and everything.. Im planning on going to the doctors Wednesday to see how far along I am.. If I'm 17 days late with my period and the last time I had my period wand April 28th - may 1st. How far along do u think I am with the pregnancy? I got sharp pains down abdoimial iz at couple days ago, I haven't thrown up yet but do feel nautious some time... You could just say I didn't get all the symptoms a regular pregnancy person usually get but that's good thing for me lol

Don't go by symptoms. With my son (my first pregnancy), I never had morning sickness, pain, nothing. In fact, if I hadn't missed my period, had a positive pregnancy result, a growing belly, and felt the baby kicking, I would have said that I wasn't pregnant. I didn't have any of the "usual" symptoms.

With my daughter (second pregnancy), I had morning sickness throughout my entire pregnancy. The whole 40 weeks. It was hell. I was so happy when it was over, not only because I felt like death the entire time, but because I finally got to hold my little girl. :)

As for how far along you are, if the first day of your period was April 28th, and you have an average 28 day cycle, you would be around 6 weeks and 1 day. Your estimated due date would be around 02/02/2013. Found here;

All right so how would u know when you conceieved? The last time I had intercourse it was may 20, on a Monday, the same week as Monday that Saturday I was suppose to get my period. Do you think that's when I conceived or way before that??

There's really no way to answer that. It all depends on when you ovulated. Unless you know that, there's no way to tell you exactly when you conceived.

Why are you concerned about conception date? Is there a question of paternity?

It would be sometimes after your last period, there is no exact way to know a conception date. Give or take a week at the very best, most likely a two week window of possible conception dates. As long as there is no other men you had sex with, that point does not really matter.

I ovulated April 16 and again may 9th... I need to know when I conceived, because I'm not sure if my baby is the guy I'm with now... I know for sure the guy that Im hoping it's from we did it twice in April, the 1st and the 10th and the other guy I'm hoping it's not from we had sex the 8th with a condom and the 15th I was drunk so I'm not sure if we used a condom supposedly the first time we did but I heard we had sex twice that one night so I'm not sure the second round did we used a condom? With the one I'm with now we had sex twice I believe in may without a condom I know in may 20th for sure we had sex.. So I'm kind of scare that it might not be his but I think for sure it is... So with that information I gave you does that help to know when I conceived?

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I just recently found out I was pregnant. It happened so crazy because I actually know when I conceived. I had sex w this guy for the first time after a year of not having sex. He and I had sex 3 days in a row and I thought I was "safe" because my period was supposed to be on the next week. (9 days away) Well the day my period was due I got the cramps like I was supposed to but no period. I am never late. So I let a couple of days go past thinking I may just be late this once. So finally after being only four days late I took a pregnancy test. There was a really faint positive line so I was a little unsure. The next day I took a clear blue easy digital test and it read pregnant. So it's only been two 1/2 weeks since I first had sex w him and now I'm already pregnant. So it is possible to get pregnant 8 to 9 days before your next period.
