I've got like a colony of little white bumps about an inch below the head of my penis and it sticks out where it's visible, and when I grab them they kind of feel like little balls. They will bust but only one of them but it's not like a pimple, it's been there as long as I can remember. I'm going to be joining the military soon and I'm very self conscious about it, can anyone help me out?
