Im Using StormXP (Version Of WindowsXP) And Im Trying To Make A Internet File Into A EXE But I Can't Please Help

Not farmilier with StormXP, but just try saving the file with .exe at the end of it. Should convert it to an executable file.

Define "internet file"? There is no such thing as a standard internet file. In addition, an exe is a compiled program, compiled to execute on it's own. You can't convert to an exe without knowing what the file is and without the appropriate compiler.

OK so I do not be leave in paying for software but Do it leagle like ad use Linux there are a lot of them out there Linux Mint is a great Linux distro to cut your teeth on
