That's unusual... does she know why? Like does it hurt her in anyway? Is it a mental thing, like you said she feels dirty? Maybe she could go to theropy/cousilling, as that's not healthy for her, or the relationship. Yous shouldn't feel like its "dirty" or wrong.

Yes, if she is felling dirty, then it is something from her past, either abuse when she was younger, or some incorrect moral or religious teaching.
