Okay so I've been going crazy looking for a movie that I watched when I was a kid.
Its about six sets of twins (each 1boy,1girl) the kids do evil things, their eyes turn red and they make people do stuff for example one set made their mom stick her hand in boiling water another set made their mom stick her hand in the sink garbage disposal.
