Hi, have been looking on a lot of sites for answers but I am none the wiser!
I had unprotected sex 8 days ago, I don't remember the dates of my last period as they are usually irregular anyway, how would I calculate from that day when I could possibly be pregnant and when I could take a test, whether that's to early or not?
Would be great full for any answers x

If it was 8 days ago you wait three more weeks and take a test.

NOBODY can guess the exact date closer than a 30 day window... unless that was the only time in your life you had sex.. protected or not. Not even a doctor

So I should wait 30 days starting from the day of unprotected sex, another 12 days?
I can't take one of those tests that say u can test before your next period is due because I don't know when that is

If your period comes... odds are you aren't pregnant, Home pregnancy tests are pretty accurate starting around the fourth week... before that and they are hit or miss... there earlier you try the less accurate. Meaning you might get false positives or false negatives.

Your math is wrong.. if it was 8 days ago like you said another 12 days is 20 days... not 30. 20 is less than 4 weeks.

Thank you very much, only I couldn't rely on what I said on some of the other websites, but confusing :/
