I've been looking for my Daughter Elizabeth Crain. Her mom broke it off with me when she was 1 and got married a month later and I haven't seen my daughter for almost 2 years. She is now 3. I've heard rumors my ex went to germany with her new husband. My daughter has a passport that I signed before she left me. I guess my question is... How do I find her and how do I get her back if she is out of state or the country?
