    Plea bargain and trial ?
Why is my plea bargain rejected by my lawyer and why did she ask for trial date?
What's goingto happen is this going to the last step ?

    AK lawyer
You are going to have to give us more information:
    • Where (state or country) are you?
    • What are you charged with?
    • Did the prosecutor make you an offer which your lawyer rejected?
    • If so, what explantion did your lawyer give you?

I do not believe your attorney can refuse a deal which you want to make. Maybe there is something about it she won't approve, but if you and she cannot agree on this, you need a different attorney.

An attorney is required to present any deal to their client. What makes you think your attorney rejected a deal? As AK said we need more details.

I'm from Texas first time shoplifting misdeamenor class b. had arrainment and now the we have a court date for trial. Nothing much happened at arraingment I was there but didn't even had to go in front of the judge we got a date for trial. And the paperwork says we declined the plea bargain?? my lawyer feels it good if we can take it to trial. So what's the next steps that I should expect?whay did she do this?

I don't know, why not ask her? Maybe she feels there is not enough evidence to convict you in a trial. We don't know what evidence there is.
