I just am always sad angry and light headed I get headaches on my eyes and I just don't know what's wrong

You probably are confused with life. Just sit back and relax. Its probably just hormones.

Have you talked with your doctor about this? It could be something physical or you might need a counselor to talk with for a few sessions.
