    Finding deceased father
My father died in 2003, he left a will, and my sister was executor. She is now deceased. It has come to light that my father owned a number of properties, which my sister never declared to anybody. She sold them and kept the money. Land regestry won't help as I don't have the addresses of the houses. Help please.

It would help if you gave us an idea of what part of planet earth you reside on.

You are making an assumption here that Planet Earth is involved. When you make an assumpion -

Questions of varying degrees have been posted 3 times today about this same Estate. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/insura...ml#post3136554

Note that the info differs somewhat.

Contact the probate court which issued letters testamentary to your sister and find out about a bond she should have been required to post. If a bond was waived by a will, you are probably out of luck: you will have to sue her estate.

The probate file should also have an inventory, which would answer your questions about the identification of the properties. Not that such info. Will help you; buyers are probably bona fide purchasers and the sales cannot be set aside.
