My husband and I been married for 3 years and had a daughter in that time.. We are now sperated now.. He offered to take me to my friends house, and I was gone for 2 days. I came back and all of my daughters clothes were gone and toys were missing... So he took her from me and I haven't heard anything in a week.. What can I do? How can I get her back?

If you are LEGALLY separated you already have an Attorney and there SHOULD be a custody/vistiation order. What does it say?

Or are you "separated" in that you live one place and he lives in another?
