    My partners father bought are house and we rent it from him we have a contract my partner tginks he can kick me out because his father owns the house what do I do I have two children under five my daughter has high functioning austism wots my rights? Very concerned

    No one can just kick you out. At the most you would need to be legally evicted. If the house is owned by your partner's father, only the father can process an eviction. You mention having a contract. If you are both on the lease, he definitely can't do anything.

    You need to define your legal relationship more. "Partner" is not sufficient. Also the nature of this contract you signed. Also ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Only then can we tell you your rights.

    It was a joint contract and we live in glenfield leicester uk he has been my partner for 8 years

    Yes, but what does this joint contract (e.g.: lease) say about how your landlord (who happens to be related to your domestic partner) can terminate the lease? What are acceptable grounds for termination, and what sort of notice must be given?

    And again, how do you define partner. Is this a legal union under UK laws? Or are you just cohabitating or what?
