When the water is turned on I only get About 1 gal a min out of this spigot. I have one in front of my house and I get 9 gals a minute. What do I do

That model is a 1/4 turn w/vacuum breaker. The breaker may need replacing. http://www.completeplumbingsource.co...s-wall-hydrant Has it always acted like this? Are the supply pipes the same diameter?
