This breed isn't big on barking. Why do you consider it a drawback? She is just excited about doing what she loves best, being out in the open, walking, sniffing. This breed, as you may know, is a working dog and needs plenty of exercise.
How old is she by the way? Does she have any other bad habits?
I'm wondering how do I stop the whining she is 6 months
You may not b able to stop this at all, it is part of the breed.
Huskies and wolves alike are famous for their "talking" behavior, it comes out as a whine or howling sound.
Embrace it, it is part of who who she is genetically.
I wouldn't consider getting rid of her for this, it is simply natural to her.
Why does the whining bother you? She is still only a pup and this is something she will grow out of once she recognizes her routine. She is only excited. I don't know how you stop a dog from expressing herself 'verbally'. That is like asking how do you stop a dog from playing. It is how I stated, this breed is not big on barking. I could see if she was barking all the time how it would bother someone.
If you have ever seen a bunch of sled dogs, harnessed up before a run on a sled, they are all whining or yipping, but not barking. It is how they express themselves.
Where are you? Wolf mixes are illegal to own in many areas.
Why would you get rid of a dog because it whines? I have a GSD that almost talks. It's a vocal breed and she's a very vocal dog.
It's not disturbing. Barking, that's a problem!
On an entirely different note. I am assuming that you have never had a wolf hybrid since you didn't know about he noise that these two animals would make.
If I am wrong, forgive my assumption.
Where are you located? In the states and laws differ from state to state it may be illegal to keep a wolf hybrid without a special permit, it is also illegal for vets who do not have vet on staff with a license to treat wildlife to treat or give your animal vaccines.
Some time spent researching the laws in you area may give you valuable information about the laws that govern keeping wildlife.
Summary of State Laws Relating to Private Possession of Exotic Animals

Here are two such sites you can search for laws in the states.
Since you have her spayed, I'm assuming you have a vet that is able to treat her.
I would still research and look around for other vets in your area that have a licensed wildlife vet on hand if your vet is not available for some reason.
Just some thoughts, if you have already considered these things then I apologize for bringing them up.
