I think I made a mistake by pouring my heart out to my ex and telling him how I still love him and he was actually responding back to me telling me how he care about me too. I thought we where getting somewhere but come to find out a week later that he's in a relationship.

I tried to be the bigger person and congratulate him on his relationship but he responded back by saying how I'm the one who makes him happy and telling me he wish he can come hold me. Seriously confusing me and its killing me inside very bad. What should I do to get over this feeling?

Stop talking to him. Break all contact.
If he really wanted to come back to you, he would be back with you.

You shouldn't be confused you should be angry that he demoted you to secret booty call. A clear signal to leave him alone and pray for his girlfriend.

Thanks you guys I'm not really use to going through problems with guys (not that much experienced) and I just thought it could go back to the way it would use to be the past couple of years.. But after reading your comments I'm honestly going to try to avoid him.
