My period is 8 days late. If it is late it's normally only a day oar two late. I had a random nose bleed last Saturday. When my boyfriend cooked eggs and cheese it made me nauseous. I feel more irritable and moody. I am also having cramps but there not like period cramps. I have taken 3 hpt and they all came out negative. I am wondering if I should wait longer to take another test or what I should do.

So.. only 8 days late and you already took 3 tests... you are aware they aren't reliable until you are about a month along? I'd wait a few more weeks and try again... since you likely have no idea when it happened over the previous 5 weeks.

Wait until your next period is due. If you miss that one then test again, or go to your doctor for a more accurate blood test.

Yes most likely too early, you may try another one in two weeks, and/or wait till you miss the next period ( if you do)
