My boyfriend was arrested in Philadelphia for missing a meeting with his probation officer. He was suppose to be off probation in February, so he didn't know he was still on probation. They took him to the police station on Saturday night and he stayed there until the next night when they took him to cfcf. He called me Sunday and said he was going to see the judge the next morning. Monday he didn't see the judge cause they didn't call him. Tuesday he called me and said he still didn't see the judge. When can he see a judge and is it possible he can be released under the circumstances of not knowing he was still on probation?

Maybe they will believe him. But until his PO says goodbye, he should know better than to miss a meeting.
