    Can I move my grand and get custody of her in Quebec
    BC holds custody of my grand but she has lived with me for 6 yrs. Would it be kidnapping if my husband and I move her to Quebec where he is going to work

    If legal custody is not invested in you, you have to get court permission to move. Why don't you just apply for custody?
