My kitten is losing her hair around her ears. She is between 9 and 10 months old. She has had all of her shots. About a week ago I changed her food brand from science diet to purina. We recently moved from a place with 3 other kittens to one with a 3 year old cat which none of the cats had any veterinary care. She seems to constantly groom herself as if she is trying to get rid of this imaginary dirt. Please give me any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to fix it.

It could be the stress of moving and the diet change. If it's just her ears, and she doesn't seem to be in distress, then wait it out. If it is stress, then the fur should grow back in a couple weeks.

If she starts losing any other fur, or acting like she's in pain or other behavior changes, then you should take her to the vet.
