I have recently been through a divorce and settlement... my ex has gone bankrupt and I am now being asked to pay out the balance outstanding on mortgage..

Also I have just received an email from my solicitor and they are giving me 7days before they file for a summons for court to recoup their outstanding debt owed... I own nothing and received nothing from the settlement
Where do I stand and what will happen re-court summons from my solicitor (she knows I have nothing)
