This girl loves my company , but only wants to be friends because I don’t have any relationship experience, we haven’t spoken ever since then but she recently tried to speak to me one week after she said she just wants to be friends but I just lied and told her I was busy. So I was wondering should I leave her alone or tell this:

Just tell her that your new and that your worried as it's your fisrt time and you don't want to disappoint her.

But I'm only 13 so that's the best I can offer. But just go for broke man and tell her something.

I think you tell her what is in your heart to tell her, without sounding needy or desperate.
If she is only into you for friendship and not a relationship then she will surely let you know.
In any event ask her out, if you enjoy each others company there is no reason you can't hang out and have fun.
How old are you both?
I'm guessing you are pretty young with plenty of life experience ahead of you.
Go for it, you'll never know if you don't take the chance.
