My only problem is that I'm lonely and I want a Girlfriend How do I get one?

I have dated the same girl 3 times already and the relationships sucked as it didn't even seem or feel real.
If anyone can help that would be great.

Step 1 - Mutual attraction to a female/male
Step 2 - Asking out the female/male. Keeping it casual
Step 3 - Follow through (texting and stuff and the next date after a delay)
