My parents kicked me out of the house and they have my US passport now I need it to get my drivers licence and they won't give it up I even took a officer to their house and the officer said that if they don't want to turn over any documents then they don't have to what do I do now how do I get a new one the only thing that I had to prove my citizenship was my passport because I was naturalized with my father since I was under 18 and now my parents won't hand over any documents

Why wasn't getting a drivers license important before now? You will probably have to go apply for a replacement now... welcome to the real world... hope whatever it was that got you thrown out was worth it. You wanted on your own... now you have it.
