My child is almost 16 and lives in Michigan with his mother. He wants to move to Tennessee and live with my wife and me. Can he chose to do this at 16?

Not unless the court says so... I'd clarify that so you don't get into any trouble and everything is on the level... it will also affect child support payments as well... another reason to make sur ethe court does a modification.
