5 years back I had a separation with my husband and I made a stamp paper stating that ' I give talak to my wife' and send it to him for signature. He refused twice and then I took the paper myself to him. He did not read it and signed the paper without saying any thing. I'm having a doubt now. Does that proves in any way that the talak is not done? As he says that I haven't given you talak. And it was your words that you made me sign for.
