So me and my girlfriend had sex last Thursday twice in that day (protected sex) she usually gets her period the last week of a month but she has not had her period yet,do I have anything to worry about?

Wait out a few days, your girlfriends period might just be coming a bit late. Any longer than 4 or 5 days, I would suggest a visit to the doctor, or a pregnancy test.
