    Hello cc:

    He'll be arrested and his probation will be violated. If he wants to mitigate the damage, he should go BACK to the state he left and turn himself in.

    [QUOTE=excon;3132353]Hello cc:

    He got pulled over here and they had a warrant for him and was exradited back to ga. He went willingly and the cop that took him back to ga said the would most likley put him back on prbation. I just want to know what all could happen he still hasn't seen anyone not even the po that he doesn't know

    Hello again, c:

    Let's hope the cop is right, but I doubt it. It's NOT like he missed a meeting, or was late.. He ABSCONDED. That ain't good.

    Now, if it's TRUE that he actually DIDN'T know about his probation, then he's mentally deficient, and doesn't belong in jail. He NEEDS a good lawyer to make that case.

    Hello again, cc:

    Even IF they screwed up his release and didn't give him paperwork, you'll NEVER prove it at his revocation hearing. It's BETTER to say that he wasn't competent rather than saying the state is incompetent.

    If he was sentenced to probation it would have happened at his trial. If he was granted a parole, he would have attended a hearing... If they released him early, he can add...

    Nahhh... If what you're telling me is true, he's INCOMPETENT. NOBODY who is in touch with the world would NOT know the stuff he says he didn't know.

    Aspirin?

    As Excon says, you need to get a lawyer immediately.

    And your lawyer might want to get a doctor or pharmacist to testify what these drugs do in combination.
