Ask Me Help Desk - I think I'm pregnant

So me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 years and I was his first and only lover but I myself have had 2 previous lovers. We have never used condoms because he is allergic to latex so I got on a birth control (depot shot). The shot messed me up bad because I was on my period for 6 months straight after getting the shot 2 times. I didn't go back for the 3rd shot because I wanted my period to regulate. When I finally stopped bleeding we had sex and he came inside of me by mistake. I still haven't gotten my period and it's been almost 40 days and before the depot I've never gone over 30 days. I took to pregnancy tests and they both turned up negative at first but turned positive and the line was very faint. I've never had a positive test so I don't know if the test was defective by the way it turned up or what. Just today I saw that I had a lot of white milky discharge when I took my underwear off. Lately I haven't had an appetite but I've been having a bad pain in my stomach only in one spot. My grandmother dreamt of fishes the other nightand my bfs mom told him she has a feeling that someone in the fanily is going to have a baby. Is it possible that I am pregnant or could it be the depot shot messing with my body since my period was on straight for 6 months or am I paranoid? Please help me I'm scared.

In case you get lucky and Aren't pregnant... you need to inform Mr. Numbnutz that there are non-latex condoms out there for people who really are alergic to latex. And that the alternative ISN'T doing nothing...

And another thing... he didn't do that by "Mistake"... that is a flat out lie he told you... every guy knows full well when its going to happen... its never a mistake.

Actually it was a mistake because of the circumstance. Both of our lives are very hectic right now with college and all he's been put out of his house so purposely getting pregnant was not in the agenda and neither one of us has jobs so we know we are not capable of supporting a child

Sorry... but I'm speaking as a guy, I'm 50, I've been around in those years... a guy never, NEVER, NEVER finishes inside you by "mistake"... that makes the resulting pregnancy not a mistake... this is a situation that could have very easily been avoided.

I've been to college, graduated from it in fact... nothing is that hectic you can't use birth control... there are a lot of forms... and never an excuse not to... PARTICULARLY when neither of you are in a position to support a child.

And accident... is when you DO all the right things... and yet something happens... its NOT an accident when you take NO precautions and you do the exact thing you do when you are TRYING to get pregnant. I.E. him riding bareback and painting the cave.

Since you both are in college I am assuming both of you are aware of how babies are made, and how to avoid making them.

Maybe you will get lucky this time...
