I started dating a friend of about four years, nine months ago. We have a wonderful relationship, everything is great. Except we have never slept together. I can't make sense of it, and whenever we talk about it he just says, "when the time is right." What's wrong??

I don't think there's anything wrong I have to ask though is he a virgin?? He may want to wait till he is married or the time is special enough for him.
There is more than likely a very good reason ask him to explain what he means surely after all this time he can talk to you about anything.

He's not a virgin. Before me he had not been with anyone for over four years. I just don't know. I haven't heard of very many people that go for that long without having sex. There is almost a ten year difference between us, and I know he might have a few reservations, but you would think he would be over them by now.
