What happens if I move out of state with my child
I have recently moved out of state with my child to be with my fiancé. My child's biological father has never been consistently in her life and hasn't seen her in five months and before that hadn't seen her in seven months. I didn't tell him about the move because he isn't involved and has never supported her in any way emotionally or financially and I wasn't even sure how to find him or get a hold of him. Can I get into trouble for moving? Because all of a sudden he has been showing up at my parents house asking to see her.

If there were no court orders giving him visitation, then you are free to move. However, if he had visitation rights, even if he wasn't exercising them, then you should have gone to court to modify the order. And you could get in trouble for that.

If you hide the child from him, then you could be accused of parental kidnapping. So if there were no court orders, I would write him immediately telling him where you are and telling him he is welcome to come visit. If there is a visitation order, then I would go back to the court that issued it and request a modification.
