Lower back pain, down the back of left leg into groin
Why do I get pain in my lower back, down the back of my left leg and wraps around my innner thigh into my groin. I've tried stretches to release tension on my sciatica. It worked for a little bit after I did the stretches but that was it. NSAIDS work for a short period. Heat nor cold helps. Pain levels normal 4-5 when I go to get up it is 7-8. Breaking my neck was a 10 on the pain scale. I am 34 yrs old male.

You can go to a medical doctor, get x-rays, maybe an MRI, and possibly get muscle relaxants, pain pills, and physical therapy. Or you can go to a chiropractor, get x-rays and probably an MRI, and treatments to correct any misalignments of your spine that may be pressing on nerves. Somehow, you care going to have to relieve the pressure on nerves. AND there might be something else or in addition to going on, so please start with the M.D.
