When going to ejaculate, no semen comes out.
Hi there. I'm 28 year old male. I have a spinal cord injury, of which I am Paraliysed. I can get an erection and could ejaculate. Until recently, I climax and nothing seems to come out. It feels as so it is but it doesn't. I am waiting to get circumcised ( due to my spinal op ). I started to ejaculate yellow colour seamen ( thought that was because of all the medication I'm on ) and now it seems nothing is coming out apart from a very small ( a drip's worth ) amount. I am unsure of what to do or if waiting to get circumcised would have anything to do with it ( my foreskin has tightend, now being unable to pull foreskin back when an semi or full erection ).

I'm sorry, but there's really no advice we can offer. This is a medical issue, and as such it will need to be seen to by a medical specialist, your doctor. No one can give you a valid diagnosis online.

I wish you all the best. See your doctor!

    Good luck.

I have masterbated twice in the last three weeks. I haven't ejaculated ( a drop only ) on either of them.
