My husband and I have been Trying to conceive for past 1 year with no luck. Met the doc and have been put on clomid 1 month back. I ovulated around 14th-15th Feb. Have no major pregnancy symptoms except high vaginal discharge. Breasts were sore and tender but the feeling seems to be going away as my period date is approaching. My period is due around 3rd March and am already experiency some period symptoms like heaviness in upper legs and pain in lower back. Can I still be pregnant?

The symptoms of pregnancy are also the symptoms of an oncoming period. So its hard to say. There is no set amount of time for how long it takes to get pregnant while on clomid, but it definitely boosts your chances. I am afraid all you can do is wait and see.(you could get a blood pregnancy test done, and that could tell you sooner. Blood tests are more accurate then hpts, however, even they can be wrong) Good luck, and keep us posted.

There is no way of knowing until you miss your period I'm afraid, wait until you are at kleast 1 week late, to give the hormones a chance to build up, then test using the first urine you pass when you wake up in the morning. As the buggage says, symptoms of pregnancy are very smilar to signs that your period is about to start. Good luck.
