    Letters to send to judge
My fiancé was extrodited to the cincinnati, Ohio jail system for violating probation. His boss and myself have written letters that we would like to mail to the courts. Do I have to get the specific judge for his case and mail the letters to him or can I just send the letters to the court in general?

    Hello again, mommy:

If it was me, I'd get the name of the judge and the case number. I'd want to make SURE that the right judge got it.

I am in a similair situation and my fiancé violated his felony probation... I asked his probation officer about writing a letter to the judge and he said to write it... send it to him and he would deliver it to the judge... so that's what we did... me and his father wrote one letter each and gave it to the probation officer and he delivered them to the judge.. now we are waiting for his court date which is next Tuesday...
