    Could I be pregnant
    Hi all

My boyfriend an I had unprotected sex earlier on in the month and I took the morning after pill within 48 hours. Well a mistake happened on Thursday last week and I had to take the morning after pill again- taken on the Saturday. I took a pregnancy test before I took the pill to make sure and it came out negative because I was meant to get my period on the sat. it still hasn't come- could it be the pill or could I be preganant- since the first time I have been peeing a lot, eating way too much, craving, feeling dizzy, having lower abdominal crAmps ( like period cramps), feeling tired and lacking sleep.

HPT can be wrong. That's just for starters.

Did you have this type of reaction earlier this month when you took the "morning after" pill or have these symptoms occurred only this time you've made a "mistake"?

If you don't want to get pregnant, have you looked into something more reliable (and nothing is 100%) than the method you are currently using?

Yes, I am on the pill, just forgot to use it both those times. The symptoms have been occurring since the first morning after pill, just thought it was my period coming but it turned out I was wrong.

Morning after pills are not for constant use. And of course taking too many can cause much more side effects. It is very common for the morning after pill to mess up your cycle for this and maybe even next month.

And if you are going to be active having sex, you need to be more careful taking your birth control
