    Medicare HMO Follow up visit
A patient has medicare HMO, she can see a specialist without a referral. From her primary doctor.
She only has to pay a $20.00 co- pmt. Test were done. When she goes back for a follow up for the results of the test. Must she again pay another $20.00 co- Payment to the specialist?

Generally each visit has a co-pay.
What you could do (if you haven't had the follow up visit yet) is call to see if you need to be seen by the specialist or if the results were all negative. But even then, there might be further testing to discuss.
