This was black and white movie made maybe in the 30s or 40s. Father and son movie. The Father is a down-and-out food vendor at a major league baseball field. I don't remember the whole story, but the father begins to provide coaching tips to a losing ball team through his son. The team subsequently wants to hire the son as manager. Does anyone remember this movie?
