My husband has been getting child benefit for my daughter since her birth. She is 9 months old now and she is in fosters care from 6 months onwards. I don't know if he is still getting the child benefit, but how can I find out if he is still getting the child benefit or not? And if he is still getting it, can I request the authorities to transfer my baby's child benefit on to her own savings account, which has been opened recently by Foster Carer? Please advice.
