I'm 15 and since I was about 7 I have had a small bump on the top right side of my head. It is white in colour and looks a little like a mole. It rarely hurts. It feels like it has fluid in it and when I accidentally brush over it it might bleed.what can this be? Thanks

Have it looked at by a doctor. It might be something called a "skin tag". The problem is that after mush irritation it may turn to cancer. Most are easily and quickly removed and then you won't have to worry about it or the irritation that can come from it. You can look into it more here.
