I was recently being charge for theft in dwelling with the amount under $3000... what will my charges be?will I be imprisonment?this is my first time and I am clean with no records and etc.will I get probation?please help me...

Where you are at, makes a difference as to the name, in Georgia and many places it is Burglary, if a weapons was used it can be worst. This is a felony and it is very likely that you will get some jail time. But that is what your attorney works for.
