A lawsuit for what ? I don't think you posted earlier under this name regarding this. I think it was your daughter leaned on a porcelain sink and it fell off the wall.

This isn't the place to find out if you have a lawsuit or not... If you find an attorney who will take your case on a contingency basis, THEN you have a lawsuit.

But, I don't think you've got one if you have to pay a lawyer.
