Ive noticed my electric bill being higher than usual. I attributed that to hot days. This morning my ac unit outside fan was not spinning. Compressor inside garage was. I then took a stick and was able to kick start the fan. Now I notice that's en when air conditioner is off the compressor still continues to run. I never noticed until now. I shut it off at circuit breaker and waited a few minutes. Turned on breaker and it comes on again. Any ideas are appreciated.
