My eye is all red, swollen, watery... feels like something in it & can see a white dot on bottom of cornea in left eye... is there anything I can do at home? I don't have ins nor a job right now... or do I really need to go to dr?

You have left your contact in far too long and irritated your eyeball. Now you will have to go without them for a while and rest your eye. Your eye is infected. See your eye doctor.

If you were qualified to treat this yourself, you would be a doctor. You need to obtain medical help ASAP or risk injuring your eyesight. Depending on where you live, you can visit free or low-cost clinics for help. Also, you need to apply for medicaid if you have no job or health insurance; a social worker can help you with that. Leave the contacts out of your eyes until you see someone.
