I noticed a large pimple-esque thing on my penis, it is quite large,the skin around it seems to be smoother than the rest of my penis. I am only 14, have never had sex. It is scaring me a little and I don't want to tell my parents, any help would be appreciated

How about telling your dad? He probably has a penis too and might even know what you are talking about.

Why do kids "don't want to tell their parents" if you have a knife sticking out of your back, would you want to be checked ? If you had blood pouring out of your ear, would you not want to be checked?

It may be just that a pimple, it could be a boil perhaps, perhaps a ingrown hair.
Maybe an infection from masturbation, maybe something just because that part of your body is hot and sweaty a lot.

Then tell your mom. She knows what a penis is and can make a doctor appointment for you.
