    Can't lower ammonia!
Hi, I had ich disease like 4 days ago, after the treatment I took a test and the ammonia was very high until today, one of the 2 fishes that got ich died but I never found the dead fish (I took out the rocks and checked the sand and nothing), I used ammo-lock to make the ammonia non-toxic, I bought Nite-out(nitrifying bacteria)in case there was any issue with bacteria . But it's been a day(since I used Nite-out) and the ammonia level is still the same. Also I did many water changes the first 2 days after the ich treatment. I also put a bag with zeolite crystals inside the filter. I don't know what to do. I have 4 fish and 2 crabs and seem to be OK, so far.

Read the label. Ammo-lock neturalizes the ammonia, however, the tests will still read positive for a while. Do not panic. The fish are safe.
