How long does cocaine stay in your system?

Does cocaine show in a hair test after 90 days. My son is filing for full custody of his children. We are 99% the mother has used small amts of cocaine. Would a trace show?

Cocaine is the drug most apt to show up in a hair test. Whether "trace" amounts are detectable is questionable due to test cutoffs. Also to be considered are hair color, ethnic origin, and hair treatments.

Under any circumstance Vicodin would generally require longer and much heavier use to be detectable.

With the possible exception of cocaine hair drug testing is not suitable for detecting infrequent drug use.

You would be wise to thoroughly research hair drug testing prior to paying the hefty price tag for a process that is often less effective than an inexpensive urine assay.
