But I am pregnant I do not know when was my LMP because I have irregular period
But now I have vaginal brownish spotting I take duphastone BID my hcg was 4682 and after 2 days become 6302 and no gestational sac on US is this normal? What should I do?

Yes you need to go see YOUR doctor, how do you know all of those numbers if you are not seeing your own doctor

Have you had prior miscarriages... is that the reason for the duphaston? If you are very early in your pregnancy, you may not see a gestational sac just yet.

Since you had a scan done, and you have had blood work to determine your hcg level, what gestation did your doctor put you at? Did your doctor say anything about having another scan done in a couple of weeks? That would likely be the next thing to do.

I went to the hospital one of the doctors told me that every things are OK When hcg more than 4000
But the other doctor told me that it is abnornal number 6000 and we can not see even the sac
Now she is thinking about ectopic pregnancy
