I am 22 years old,I have 82 kg and height about 165cm,I have try doing cardio exercise but still I don't loss my weight,in my breakfast I always use bread with no any kind of butter,I eat fruits like banana,apple,avocado,carrots,oranges as my lunch or sometimes as dinner,and I also use rice and beans as my best food,I have big stomach and I want to flatten it and to loss my weight,what can I do?
